What do we collect?

Our aim is to continue providing the best education in the field of Project Management and many other courses related to it. In order to keep a track of our Users’ purchase History, we collect their Name, Email, Country, Company Name, Designation as well as a Short Description to understand our Users and their requirements better. The highlighted fields are part of your registration on our website along with the Course that the Users are interested in. Every User that registers on our website has an Individual User ID.

How do we use the User Data collected?

We use Users’ User ID information to keep a track of their progress as & when they use the resources provided by us on our website. Upon acquiring this information, we provide Users with relevant certifications or PDU’s based on their progress.

Our Users’ Email Ids are used to provide relevant discounts and offers through our marketing campaigns from time to time. The Email Ids are also used to keep track of any payment made on our website for using the resources that we provide on different courses to avoid any discrepancies.

If a User is not comfortable with our marketing campaigns or emails sent from time to time, the User can opt out of these emails by just unsubscribing. No emails will be sent to the Users from our end thereafter.

How do we secure your information?

Users’ Security is our topmost priority and for that we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption onto our Hosting Server. Also, the payment of any kind made through our website for any purchase of the course is secured.

You will be redirected to the secured servers of the Payment Gateways where you can choose your desired mode of payment and complete the transaction with ease. Upon facing any trouble during a transaction, a User can contact the Payment Gateway and read their Privacy Policy and Terms.

Do we share your personal information?

No, we at OTTC do not believe in sharing our Users’ personal information to any third party for monetary gains. We believe in total privacy of our Users’ details as, after all, our Users belong to OTTC family as well.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

For some courses, Users will be redirected to our partner websites for completing their courses and certifications.

Do you have access to Users’ information?

Yes, for every User who has created an account with us, we can see the details by going into the Users section on our website. A User can track the progress and see as well as edit the details whenever required.

Right to Complain

Any User of our website can lodge a complaint if they find out that their personal information is being compromised or leaked from our end.
